Dislcaimer: This bit of news is only of interest for those of you who in the field of radiotherapy (which is a pretty small part of the ruby-dicom community, I guess).
I would like to announce that I've just launched a library for handling RTPConnect files:
https://github.com/dicom/rtp-connect
RTPConnect is a file format used in radiotherapy for export & import of plan data between the treatment planning system and the treatment management system. The library allows you to read, modify and write these files, and enables you to make custom scripts to handle these files and optimize your RTP workflow.
