[ruby-core:68092] client certificate options for OpenURI

Hi,

I would like to add a :ssl_client_cert and :ssl_client_key option to open from OpenURI to allow https use with client certificates.  This is along the lines of the :ssl_ca_cert option already present.

Can anyone advise whether this change would be deemed appropriate and likely accepted or any other comments on the change?
