Though still in development and subject to a changing API, thought I'd
mention a side project Caleb Clausen and I have been working on.

it basically caches call sites and calls them directly, which in real
life might not do much, but in synthetic benchmarks looks great :)

in the test in the benchmarks folder it runs tak about 5x faster than
1.9
Just throwing it out there if it would be useful to anybody for
testing purposes.
