incorrect docs for checking publisher confirm mode

It looks like the docs list the wrong method name for determining if a channel is using publisher confirms.

I think that's supposed to be 'using_publisher_confirms?'.  Same for the example code.  Trying to use that example code had me a bit perplexed at first.  :)
