Lockouthasps are a neat way of enabling multiple workers to isolate and work on the same piece of machinery or equipment. The hasp is fitted to the isolation point. The multiple workers can apply their lockout padlock. The hasp ensures that energy cannot be restored until the last worker has removed his padlock.

These high security hasps were formerly known as the Naval Ammunitions Production Engineering Center (NAPEC) hasp. The Master Lock Aluminium Lockout Hasp (38 mm diameter) locks out multiple workers at each lockout point. It also ensures that equipment remains inoperative while repairs or adjustments are being made.

The Master Lock Heavy Duty Pry Proof Lockout Hasp holds up to 4 padlocks (25 mm diameter) and can lock out a number of workers at each lockout point. The hasp can be used to ensure that equipment remains inoperative while adjustments or repairs are being carried out.

The Master Lock Heavy Duty Pry Proof Lockout Hasp can hold up to 8 padlocks (25mm diameter) and can lock out multiple workers at each lockout point. This lockout hasp can be used to ensure that equipment remains inoperative while adjustments or repairs are being carried out.

Master Lock Steel Lockout Hasp (25 mm diameter) locks out multiple workers at each lockout point. It also ensures that equipment remains inoperative while repairs or adjustments are being performed.

Shackleless Padlock Hasp is designed for shackleless padlock or "Hockey Puck" padlocks. This padlock is designed so that when the padlock is locked it is completely surrounded and protected by steel.

Our PP0918073TXSUS1 cell phone locker includes 18-gauge, one piece doors and 24-gauge body parts. Lyon laps and welds the door frame corners to create a strong and rigid assembly. The 6-inch-high legs provide additional toe room below the locker door. The steel pull handle includes a hasp so that it can be secured with a user provided padlock. Second in security from a puck lock or an integrated hasp lock depends on the application but a shrouded shackle or a disc lock is also pretty secure. These are what I usually install for storage units or really any application where it is worth it for a customer to call me out to lock up something. The hasps are cast from corrosion-resistant steel and heat treated for maximum strength and durability. Hasps are generally mounted using through bolts or welded to prevent removal. It has three square holes per side (6 total) to mount the unit using carriage bolts, or the unit can be welded on permanently. Two of the six carriage bolt holes require minor trimming of head bolts for correct fit. Each side of the hasp is mounted so that when the door to be secured is shut, the two sides of the hasp are perfectly inline and ready to be secured with a padlock.
