Hi,
Does RubiX caches only files from S3 or Do we have an implementation for Apache Hadoop for queries running on top of Presto?

RubiX has support for hdfs, if that is what you meant by Hadoop implementation. You will have to set fs.hdfs.impl to com.qubole.rubix.hadoop2.CachingDistributedFileSystem
