Besides starting the bookkeeper server and adding the jars to presto's plugin path, how do you configure presto to use the CachingPrestoS3FileSystem? I have tried setting fs.s3.impl in presto config, but it appears that is ignored and set explicitly here https://github.com/prestodb/presto/blob/master/presto-hive/src/main/java/com/facebook/presto/hive/HdfsConfigurationUpdater.java#L163
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
