rubigen version 1.1.0 has been released!

A framework to allow Ruby applications to generate file/folder stubs
(like the rails command does for Ruby on Rails, and the ,Äòscript/
generate,Äô command within a Rails application during development).

Changes:

## 1.1.0 2007-11-05\n\n* Promoted 'application_generator' and
'component_generator' to Rubigen
from NewGem project (they are available even if newgem not installed)
* install_rubigen_scripts default test fixed by mapping scopes to
strings
* version.js uploaded to website
