Rails dependencies introduced in rubigen >1.5.0

The migration generation process (commands.rb) has been tied up with a
few rails specific dependencies (RAILS_ROOT and ActiveRecord::Base).
Is this intended behaviour for rubigen in the future?

There should only be dependencies/requirements for generators built on RailsGenerator::NamedBase, or whatever the base Rails generator superclass is.

I'm not sure what dependency you're seeing or how its affecting you. Any debug or output you can post in a ticket to http://drnic.lighthouseapp.com -> rubigen project?
