New Rails 2.1 migrations naming scheme and rubigen

Hi everybody!

Since rails 2.1 has introduced the controverted new migration naming
scheme, the current migration_template method is not generating
correct filenames anymore on new rails apps. Apply the new
Time.now.utc.strftime("%Y%m%d%H%M%S") style should be trivial, but
I'd like to know opinions from author, committers and users of rubigen
about the patch nature... should it be backwards compatible?... maybe
try to autodetect correct naming scheme from the context? ...

Any suggestions? Ideas?
