Использование DVD в качестве носителя

Доброго времени суток.

Подскажите, у кого-нибудь получалось использовать DVD - диски в
качестве хранилища?
У меня все попытки окнчиваются вот этим:

тот же клиент на диск бэкапится нормально совершенно

Присоединяюсь к вопросу. Бэкапы на DVD перестали работать после обновления какой-то из редакций пятого центоса.
