 Dear leaders, 

 

First of all thank you all for your concerns and queries about District Conference Date.  Through your queries, we are confirmed that  you are marking your calender for your gracious presence in 9th Rotaract District Conference.

 Regarding the subject,I would like to clearly state that  the Conference  date is 6-7 th January 2017.

Before that, the date given by District was 7-8 Janauary. However Considering the convenience of all the rotaractors, the district decided to change the date  to 6-7  January, just few days before PS meet.

 So, please ignore the date promoted before PS Meet from any media.

 We  apologize for  the confusion that have been  created . We would be happy if you Share this information to all the near by rotaractors or Clubs  for this email may not be reachable to 100% of the Clubs.We are hoping for support, encouragement and lots of participation from your club.
