Hi there,
  This is my first message to the list.
  I've been struggling with Quagga and RPKI during the last weeks.
  The case is that I installed Quagga with RPKI support and for some reason Quagga shuts down automatically and with no apparent explanation. Yesterday, I enabled the logging thry syslog command and today I finally found something in the syslog:

May 19 05:50:46 stats bgpd[23761]: Assertion `node->info == ((void *)0)' failed in file table.c, line 353, function route_node_delete
May 19 05:50:46 stats bgpd[23761]: Assertion `node->lock > 0' failed in file table.c, line 198, function route_unlock_node

   Is there a workaround for the above error?
   The weird thing is that if I run Quagga/BGPd with no RPKI validator it works great. FYI, my validator is RIPENCC running in the same machine.
   I've tried several things things such as having bgpd with the most simple configuration possible, compiling quagga only with bgpd and rpki-enable and disabling the rest.

Here is more info such as conf and my computers info:

  Any ideas?

This looks like an error that I had experienced myself a long time ago. As far as I remember it has been fixed on the branch feature/rtrlib: https://github.com/rtrlib/quagga-rtrlib/tree/feature/rtrlib
Please try to use this version.

Greetings
Michael M.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for your answer.
I've been reading a lot and you are right, this error existed long
time ago. Theoretically it should have been fixed upgrading but I'm
already using the latest version of Quagga and rtrlib.
I guess I was expecting that if I put X command in the conf probably
the error could disappear :)
I will try to downgrade..., let's see.

Thks,

Ale,
