--My aunt had a pre-sale inspection done recently on a town house by Glen Lobsinger of Advantage Inspection Raleigh and she was pleased with his work.

--If I didn’t have schedule restraints, I probably would have gone with Bill Delamar because he seems to have a lot of experience.

--I think I’m actually going to go with Glen Lobsinger because I know someone who was happy with his work but also because he can do termite inspections as well (not everyone can) and my real estate agent recommends I get that done.
