Good luck with your renovations…exciting!
--I’m using Fusion Company on a complete renovation project. They are timely, patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with!
Fusion Contractors has over 65 years of combined construction experience between the father-son team of Tommy and Jason Oates. Tommy has been a licensed General Contractor since 1980 and Jason has a BS in Building Construction from Virginia Tech. They specialize in solving your construction problems and then building the solution. Estimates are always free but they charge to solve the problem. Give them a call to see if they can help you.
--If you are looking for a really good designer to actually design and MAKE your wet bar cabinet and counter tops for your wet bar, don't forget to contact Noles Cabinets in Fuquay. They have a beautiful showroom right on Hwy 55. Quick trip for you right on 1-540. They ONLY do custom work.
--Here is the guy we use for construction / remodeling projects on commercial properties, and he has also done various jobs (kitchens, baths, decks, etc.) for friends of us. we rave about the quality of his work.
Although I haven’t used this guy myself, I recently saw a complete kitchen remodel he did on an older house, and it looked great.

Good luck!!
--We are currently finishing our basement. We’re using Kenneth Boyle at Deckorative Additions.
www.deckadd.com/ He’s done 8 or 10 basements in our neighborhood (also lives in our neighborhood).
So far he has been great, hard working. We checked a few others and Kenneth was the best priced. He does most of the labor himself, contracts out the plumbing, HVAC, electrical. But he’s been there each day working with his guys.
--I highly recommend Curtis Dean Construction. They have done kitchen, bathroom and other remodel work and I've always been very happy with their work.
My friend, John Devlin, is a general contractor and works with a slew of specialists to provide any type of remodel or addition. They do full 3d designs like on HG and plan the project completely before work begins. They aren't the cheapest but get it done right the first time. They will be finishing our unfinished basement area.
