--We’ve used Bill Collier in Cary for closing on a new house, reviewing the contracts associated with building it, recording an easement, transferring land titles and updating our wills. He has a solo practice, so you’ll be dealing with him or one of the very few staff in his office. We were very pleased with all of his work.
