--we had PSNC do a tankless system, they did a great job, took care of everything needed for electricians, bringing detectors up to code, etc. We didn’t shop around for best price because a co-worker did and that was what she ended up doing, using PSNC. YMMV.

--Robbie Brooks of ITB plumbing was the 3rd and most knowledgeable plumber I came in contact with, back in September when I had 3 (count ‘em, 3!) blackwater flooding events.He came recommended by a SAS employee (architect) Charles Brown.Robbie replaced some wastewater lines in my front yard, and identified a problem (that the Town of Cary utilities guys had overlooked!) in another line. He encouraged me to get the Cary guys to come back out, and look AGAIN. And they did, and they admitted they had missed something , and so they fixed something else (free of charge to me).Robbie was smart, punctual, and had great attention to detail. Charged me exactly what he said he was gonna charge me.
