This documentation is incomplete. I have personally received E7 responses,
which seem to indicate that it has exceeded the allowed number of
simultaneously open file descriptors.

Thank you for the feedback Nilsson. In fact this Response Code list is
incomplete, as we noted in the beginning of the document it was what we
figured out during our tests.
