Homer reporting for rtcp-xr packet

Hi,

rtcp xr packet details are not being reported to homer.

looking at the code here - https://github.com/sipwise/rtpengine/blob/0038da1ee485bc93984c9d78975a8e53e33a8570/daemon/rtcp.c#L394

homer_handlers is not defined for - 

```

.xr_rb,
.xr_rr_time,
.xr_dlrr,
.xr_stats,
.xr_voip_metrics,

```

Please let me know if there are know limitation with implementing it ?
