I can't find how I can enable RED for OPUS (SDP red/48000/2), please tell me if I can do this and how I can do it. Thank you in advance.

What exactly do you mean with "enable" it? If you're talking about turning a received non-RED SDP into an outgoing RED-enabled SDP, then that's not supported.
