Hi,
I am trying to create a database using TimescaleDB. A MySQL database has already been created, and I’m using it as a reference to set up TimescaleDB.

I have added the configuration in the rtpengine.cfg file

and made changes to the main.c file in the daemon folder

However, I’m unable to print the database username, and the database is not being created. Could you please help me look into the issue?

What exactly are you trying to do? Print the username where? Who/what is supposed to create the database and how?

Cheers

Ok but that doesn't really help answer your question. You've added new config options to main.c, ok, then added them to the config file (commented out?), and said you can't print them, without saying where you print them or how, or what happened when you tried. I'm not sure how you expect assistance without showing what you're actually doing.

Cheers
