RTPE generate RTCP

Hi!

Scratching my head trying to get rtpengine to generate it's own MOS with the mos=LQ setting when using clients that don't generate RTCP. I have the generate-RTCP flag in the offer, the mos=LQ set and tried with "measure-rtp" flag and also tried measure-rtp = true in config file. Am I missing something here? I'm using version 10.5.5.3 on RHEL7, tried compiling with and without transcoding but get the same. 

I was going to try the latest version but from what i can see this should work on this version.

Try with a newer version, 11.5 in particular, as there's a fix related
to MOS/RTCP included (4cbc35e0) that may or may not be relevant to 10.5.
