One way audio only on certain call

Hello everyone,

I'm using version: 13.3.1.4+0~mr13.3.1.4, I have a specific scenario, where some calls have only 1 way audio call, I tried on old production server with Version: 11.1.1.1+0~mr11.1.1.1 git-heads/mr11.1.1.1-fb85eddd and the calls works.

This is the rtpengine log attached for the call is not having 2 way audio.

For other calls is working as regular, but I don't have strong knowledge on rtpengine to figure out what's the problem.

Impossible to diagnose from just this log. The only thing that is obvious is that nothing was received on port 27842 (local interface 192.168.30.145 with apparently advertised address 10.202.5.8) which was supposed to face 10.202.5.6:46928. But the log cannot tell you why. Perhaps your interface config is wrong?

Otherwise it looks like a perfectly normal call. Perhaps you should compare the log against the same call in a working scenario and see what differences there are.
