Misleading Notice by WAORTP - Membership Drive

Dear Ms. B. Jayanti,

 

This is to bring to your notice, that you have been circulating the notices to residents of Raintree Park - Subject " Important Notice Membership Drive"

 

Outlining that you are requesting the owners to apply for membership to 1. attend General Body Meeting,  2. to get voting rights and 3. to contest. This is misleading notice as you have not truly and honestly outlined the impact of such membership.

 

1.  The membership for any society as registered under AP Society Act 2001 one is voluntary, i.e. free-will of the member.

 

2. By taking membership of such a society, the member is bound by the bye-laws of the society and pay the subscription fees as decided by the such society.

 

3. WAORTP by virtue of its illegal bye-laws and illegal elections both of which are before the court of law, try to enforce its jurisdiction even on your flat/apartment

 

4. WAORTP has not outlined in the notice, that as a society it can not collect any subscription from its non-members or render any services to non-members.

 

Its clear that said notice as circulated by WAORTP is misleading and intents to get members by hiding the true meaning of membership and only outlining it would it would only get rights to attend the general body meeting of the society, to get voting rights and to contest. As such this is clear case of cheating and you are requested to desist from such actions and immediately withdraw such notice and publicly issue notice to clarify this notification and true facts as they exist per the law. Failing which I would be constrained to initiate remedies available under law including civil and criminal actions for which, you would be solely responsible for all the costs and consequences arising thereof.
