quick changes for soccer group, please read!

hey guys,

looks like mon and wed will NOT work at IBM because there is a frisbee group that tries to book it those days. instead of going back and forth and risking a problem every week, lets go ahead and keep tues and thurs at cedar fork elementary:

1050 Town Hall Dr  Morrisville, NC 27560

it is pretty close by the ibm fields, so hopefully we can keep the same numbers we have been getting. organizers, please include the address for the fields on the next few invitations. saturday will remain at ibm fields.

on the note of organizers, please make sure you see an event all the way thru - if there is rain, you should be the one to cancel it ASAP. also, dont argue with the organizer over email - its not going to get done that way. just respect the organizers' decision and move on.

lastly, if u say ur going to come to an event, make sure you show up. we rely on these numbers to play, so just be an adult about it. understandably, things come up last second - if thats the case, just decline the invitation when you find out you cant make it. on the flip side, if you are able to come even last minute, please hit accept so the organizer has an idea of numbers.
