не работает transmission на usb-hdd

Приветствую.
Испытывал на флешке все ок, качает и раздаёт.
Пробую на usb-hdd, глухо.
(винт Samsung HD103SJ подключен через AgeStar SUB3A5. Файловая система
ext3, раздел primary).
По ftp, smb винт работает...
Подскажите, в какую сторону копать.

для начала нужен лог.
Что значит "глухо": не качает и не раздает или что-то одно?

Так и есть: работа диска оценена как слишком медленная (0), и в
следствие этого bin/apps_up.sh не стартует.
А второй диск (WD) тоже вставлен в карман AgeStar?

второй диск в родном wd-шном кармане.
Есть еще переходник sata-usb (уже грешил на кабель usb) пробовал с
ним. Результат не изменен.
Есть идея. Если через хаб подключить флешку и винт (с флешки apps
запускались) и настроить transmission на скачку на второй винт...
(раздавать будет?)

Отформатировал винт в NTFS. Достучался до Transmission.
Но после добавления торента качает около минуты затем отваливается...
192.168.1.15:9091/transmission/web/ выдаёт
Erro: Unable to save resume file: Input/output error

Подключите диск к компу и запустите check, пусть он исправит все
ошибки на диске.
Потом подключите к роутеру.
Помните: выдергивать смонтированный диск из usb-порта роутера нельзя,
сначала запустите процесс размонтирования (извлечения) диска.

Оба диска проверялись MHDD.
Отформатировал wd-шный диск в ntfs - все работает (качает - раздает).
Через хаб или в ext3 нет :(
Наверно пока на этом и ославлюсь, списав все на глюк аппаратной части
роутера...

Через хаб одновременно роутер может работать только с 1-м внешним
винтом (или флешком) + 1-м принтером (или МФУ) + 1-м 3G-модемом.
Одновременно подключить 2 накопителя не получится.

диск - транссенд usb-hdd, форматирован в ext3, подключен к роутеру напрямую.

такое бывает если был какой-то сбой при прошивки.
Решение:
в терминале вводи две команды
nvram set ignore_plug=0
nvram commit
.. и втыкаем HDD

кароче, все сломал.
сделал, как ты сказал с ignore_plug, трансмишн все равно не заработал, но в логах сообщений стало побольше. покопавшись в девайсе, нашел лог запуска трансмишена, где он жалуется, что не может прочитать свой конфиг-файл. Гугл на этот счет предложил проверить диск на консинстентность, и после этой проверки на убунте с помощью GPartEd, диск перестал монтироваться на роутере, хотя на той же убунте все работает, файлы все на месте. Удаление .apps и создание всей структуры .apps заново на диске не помогло. мне на ум приходит только вариант с переформатированием всего диска и все с начала.

Что за диск? Откуда питание, от usb?
А мне приходит на мысль, что роутер тупо не вытягивает его по питанию.

хм, ... вааще "error -71 is low level communication error" т.е. проблема аппаратная.
Кабель я так понял рабочий?! Значит usb-разъем на роутере. Проверьте, вставив обыкновенную флешку.

Перед этим обновлением всё работало,на этой же прошивке трансмиссион
был 2.33 помойму.
Настроил также всё как и было. Диск видит комп на асусе все хорошо, а
вот трансмиссион не работает, при заходе на него пишет это

судя по логу он запускается. А что дает команда ps в терминале? Есть процессы transmission-daemon?

Можешь выложить на сайте ту прошивку до обновления с .apps_6 (и если
можно с этим Transmission 2.42, а если нет, то пускай будет всё как
тогда, можно так) Меня конечно там всё устраивало, зря конечно обновил

Для меня выложи ту версия с apps, а через несколько дней можешь
удалить её с сайта, просто на ней думаю остановить.

я промежуточные варианты не сохраняю.
На самом деле в последней subver. работает transmission и aria2
Я могу помочь разобраться в конкретной проблеме, но мне необходима и ваша помощь (я не волшебник).

Он запускается но сразу пишет ошибку эту

на асусе вкл. режим трансмиссиона, а не aria2. в демоне все поставил
на этот адресс 192.168.0.100:9091 всё как и раньше, но при заходе на
трансмиссион выскакивает ошибка

может apps снова зделать тебе как он был раньше без aria2, только с
новым трансмиссионом, как думаешь

Так, Александр, не надо "отсебятины". много слов, а информации 0.
Это Вам не Трансмиссион пишет, а remote gui или что вы там еще используете.
Это сообщение означает, что тонкий клиент не может подключится к transmission-daemon на роутере.
Есть три причины:
1. transmission-daemon не стартовал
2. стартовал , но с другим ip-адресом
3. стартовал с нужным ip, но очень занят и поэтому режектит соединение по xmlrpc
Вот я и пытаюсь понять ЧТО это за причина, и задаю соответствующие вопросы. А Вы, место того, чтоб мне помочь, тратите мое время и заставляете сейчас меня писать много букав.

3/ Пишу эту команду ps далее ENTER
4. Браузер через несколько секунд начинает писать это:

Подождите некоторое время и попробуйте снова.

автоматич. получ адраса на ручную всё прописал. Всё заработало и
трансмиссион включился и работает качественно не то что раньше,
скорость держит всё супер. БЛАГОДАРЮ ТЕБЯ ЗА ПОМОЩЬ, ЧТО НЕ ОСТАВИЛ В
ТРУДНУЮ МИНУТУ
