What next for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) in Myanmar

  • Need for a thorough stakeholder engagement (on responsible business and responsible investment) inside and outside of Myanmar
  •  Capacity building for key stakeholders within Myanmar
  • Dialogue with multinational companies and investors (What would bring them to Myanmar?)
  • Cooperation between credible and representative stakeholders in a new commitment to CSR
  • Partnerships for development
  • Key players should take a lead in strategic CSR
  • New social responsibility initiatives linked to International standards and the expectations of stakeholders, in a participatory process, ISO26000
