Is triq.org borked?

I've been trying to access triq.org for several days, but no answer. Is it me or is it down?

There are some very strict filters on that server, it might be that your IP range is blocked. Let me know your current IP range, first three octets only, two if it's withing the same ASN, and I'll take a look.

Use the "reply to author", not the "reply all" function here.

There was some overblocking in your range which is now fixed.
