Fineoffset-WH24 and WH65B receiving data

I'm using a little RTL-SDR usb on a Pi 3b+ to pickup data from my Ambient WS2000 as well as my power meter and water meter.   The weather station is picked up as WH24 or WH65B pending the startup setting I use. 

when using :

rtl_433 -C customary -f 915M

I pickup the weather station WH24, the WH32B indoor sensor and the power meter and water meter but the WH65B console doesn't show.  The below is the feedback for rtl_433 with the above command.

If I use the command below which changes the sampling rate I pickup the Wh24, WH32B and the WH65B but no other data from power meter or the water meter.   I'm just getting into this so I'm trying to understand the difference in the command and why the WH65B shows up in one but not the other was well as the power/water meters.   Thanks for you insight.
