New to this, im trying to learn the decoder and i think this nexa 101lc is a good start, it have 2buttons, learn and test. I have capture test button

i captured and saved a recoding, using the suggestion
rtl_433.exe -r "test1.cu8" -X 'nexa_lc101,m=OOK_PWM,s=3252,l=33268,r=11252,g=5752,t=12004,y=0' -K nexa

went to...
https://triq.org/rtl_433/ANALYZE.html#build-a-flex-decoder
i think this is the chapter i should look in but the chapter is quite thin..

Im looking right now on similar code like described in...
https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433/blob/edf0bc02033b0c82ab0bc375cbaf007bc2c54497/src/devices/nexa.c
but not sure were or what to do next..

copy, rewrite, compile and try with -c option .. ?
test1.cu8

The short and long (s=, l=) widths don't look right, we expect much shorter timings.
Translate the cu8 to ook (rtl_433 -w test.ook test.cu8) and drop on https://triq.org/pdv/ to view. Then find the timings.
Then use a flex decoder with those timings to get data and find out what's encoded.
Open a rtl_433 github issue to discuss and get more help.

Did you use -s or -f ? The timings depend on the sample rate.
Otherwise, looks like PPM with s=5748 l=11248 y=33256
