I am the owner of yahoo group rti4ngo. This was initiated 4 months
back and has 49 members on date. This is also a forum for discussing
issues in implementing RTI, which may interest the members of RTI
Group Aligarh.

Along with the Centre for Civil Society New Delhi, an application has
been drafted to question District level authorities regarding grass
root implementation of RTI Act at the District Level. This has been
posted at rti4ngo today. Your group is also requested to send similar
RTI applications to more Districts.

Looking forward to professional interaction on subjects of mutual
interest.
