PM's plan to amend RTI

Old Activists are aware of government to bring in the Clause of "false
and vexatious' clause in the Act as a means to eliminate inconvenient
RTI Activists. The problem become unbearable to them when Activists
started seeking informations inconvenient to Ms Sonia Gandhi, Mr.Rahul
Gandhi and our Hon'ble PM. If such a clause is introduced it will
.enable the vested interest to ensure that activists seeking such
information are booked so that they dare not seek such information

It is high time for all RTI Activists to rise against it once again
and see that the planned amendment is not incorporated in the Act

I just saw the scroll that Our PM has once again Spoken of this in the Annual CIC Conference , it is the second year he is Repeating the Same .
Well one my Elders who Occupied the higest post in Indian Judiciary gave me a word of Caution way back in 2006 that this act will Become BHASMASURA to who brought it and People only judge after another Ten years it was ghood bad or ugly

Not well versed in Hindi Please communicate in English . What is meaning of " heethu" in your Mail . It denotes another Meaning in our Languge . Please donot take it granted that Every body knows Whatever languge you Know
