महामारी के समय भोजन, स्वास्थ्य और काम/आय जैसे मूलभूत अधिकारों को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकारों की जवाबदेही की मांग करते हुए एक साथ आने की ज़रूरत है।
