Everyone,

   An area important to Raising the Floor  and to the deaf-blind participants is accessible telecollaboration and teleconferencing.     I would love to start a discussion on the major barriers to deaf-blind participation in webinars and teleconferences -  and what could be done to make them ore accessible to people who are db.
