New group name and email address

Hi everyone,

The name of this group has officially changed to the "Blindness and
Low Vision Discussion Group." The email address is now rtf-
bl...@googlegroups.com and the online group is at http://groups.google.com/group/rtf-blvdg
. (Screenreader users, please note that there is a hyphen in there
between rtf and blvdg).

We decided to change the name from "working group" to "discussion
group" to emphasis the fact that this group will be primarily
discussing user needs, techniques, and products for this population.
The group will not be actively working on any software projects -
these projects will likely be discussed and reviewed here, but should
be developed in new individual projects.
