Rules of engagement

Dear Forum member (new or experienced),

The idea with our forum for fellow runners is to create a place where
we can exchange running related information. Only club members can
post messages, we do not want to be disturbed with additional
unwanted / unrelated posts or messages.

Rule 1: Restrict the number of rules.
Rule 2: Use a Good subject line. This is your "Golden Opportunity" to
start a dynamic / appealing chain of posts. Leave the subject line
unchanged when responding, you will create a NEW topic by altering it.
Rule 3: Use proper language.
Rule 4: No advertising. We will create the opportunity where you can
advertise on the Rustenburg Marathon Club's website.
Rule 5: Seize the moment. Do not hesitate, share your thoughts and
experiences regarding running.
