Run Like You're Floating
Some days, when we're lucky, running feels like floating, when we feel like we can go as fast and as far as we want to. The key is to relax and forget about stress, and just let your body get on with the running. Here are 10 simple ways to get that floating feeling more often.

Get You Going Again Workouts
We all need a rest period when we either don't run or cut back markedly on our training mileage, so we can recharge our batteries. Here's how to speed up again, whether you're coming off a winter rest period or getting back to running after a well-deserved post-Comrades break.

Running in Economy Class
Your running economy is the amount of oxygen you consume when running at a steady but less than all-out pace. The less oxygen you use, the better your running economy, so improving your running economy will bring your times down - and your required effort levels.

Can Hills Make You Faster?
Some runners avoid hills because, well, it's hard work getting up them, but taking the 'high road' will do wonders for your running. You'll be lighter, stronger and faster on the flats, for starters, and of course, racing on a hilly course will be so much easier than before!

Listen to Your Body
To run your best, you need to learn to read your body's signals - and then react - because it's easy to run too fast or too slow when you train or race. Too fast and your body over-revs; too slow and your body doesn't gain any benefit from the workout. Here's how to listen to your body.
