Hallo Almal,

Ek kan nie die saterdag hardloop nie. Beplan om hierdie sondag te
hardloop. Is daar iemand anderste wat saam wil hardloop.

Ek het gedink om na Magatasnek en terug te hardloop, wil darem so 3
ure op die pad wees. Wees gewaarsku... ek hardloop stadig! Het gedink
om so van 5:00 tot 8:00 te hardloop

Laat weet asseblief!
