For the past couple of weeks we have been receiving an "Offline" / "Reconnecting in XX seconds" message on all three (3) of our Rapid TASK accounts. Eventually each individual's task list shows up, but the Offline / Reconnecting issue still appears, then the Office / Reconnecting disappears and just the normal task list is left.
