Offline and Reconnecting issue, also not receiving e-mail notifications

For the past couple of weeks we have been receiving an "Offline" / "Reconnecting in XX seconds" message on all three (3) of our Rapid TASK accounts.  Eventually each individual's task list shows up, but the Offline / Reconnecting issue still appears, then the Office / Reconnecting disappears and just the normal task list is left.

Also, we used to receive e-mail notifications when new tasks were assigned, but now we do not receive them anymore.  All users have the 

Send confirmations


checked in the Account settings.
Can someone help us with this?  We really like the app, but we need something that works all the time and that we can trust.

I have been using RapidTask for a few months. I dont think it will get much better for up-time. 
I was able to find the owner on Twitter. He helped me with one issue. But the support is non-existent. 
Dont get me wrong.. I love the simple/cheap platform! But I have to put up with no support and down-time.

check that the person has their  email settings right. It never sends an email to me. It will send an email to another person that you are assigning the task.
