Is it possible to....
Once a task is assigned to a person, can that person then assign it to
someone else?
An application example would be that they have performed part of the
task, then need someone else to do something (re-assign to that
person), then that person could re-assign back so the task could be
completed.

It seems like that.. What if i need to be the leader of a group, and when i assign a task to a person, that person wont be able to reassigned.
