I'm experiencing some problems using the software. Very often there is a notification of "offline" (of course I'm online!) and reviews and other operations aren't registered.
Someone experiencing similar issues?

The behaviour still persist. Wondering if it's something related to my account or if someone is experiencing something similar.

Having this same issue...was really looking to move from the free side to the paid side for this app, but I am reluctant to do that based on this issue, and the lack of an offline(no internet connection) module, as we are frequently in the field and do not have service on our wifi

I am having this issue, and it's almost a year after you posted this.  I would've thought someone would've posted a solution or something by now.
