Hi Christie, Sean, Chris

Following our video meeting of 24 April and your email of the same day indicating you would reply to the outstanding points as soon as possible...

The meeting was 24 April - some 8+ weeks ago (preceded by your receipt of the agenda submitted weeks earlier) is surely ample time to come back with your responses.

Reminders have been sent by both Dan Tomlinson and myself (on behalf of the RTA) and yet we are still waiting for TW to get back to us.

Can you advise how much longer you intend taking before your report is received?  All information should be easily accessible within your records and, therefore, we are at a loss to understand TWs silence!

Your reply comments are noted.

I am not sure why you need to corroborate your answers with FP! 

Surely whatever you've done should be as shown in your records and should be accurately advised to the RTA rather than, as it sounds from your email, 'amended' so that both TW and FP tell the same story.

We have waited long enough and now need your accurate & unbiased report.
