I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for meeting with us today. It was great to connect and discuss the concerns regarding the boiler defects and charges. I truly appreciate the time you took to share your insights and experiences.
Following our conversation, I am now actively looking into the funds paid by TW related to these boiler defects. I’ll make sure updates are provided as soon as I have more information or clarity on the details.
I trust Firstport will also start investigating their matters, so we can finally conclude the issues you have been facing.
