Dear Vicky, Beth and Christie,We write to follow up on the status of our heating and hot water supply further to the lukewarm heating and cold-lukewarm water condition experienced by our block (57 & 59HDD) on 10, 11 and 12 of Jan 2026.From 7pm of 10 Jan 2026 onwards, residents of our block experienced a marked drop in the temperature of our radiators while the water also turned cold to lukewarm at best. The outside temperature at the time was 0-2 degrees. A number of us reported the above observations to the Out-of-Hours emergency hotline, sharing the same ticket number 1169829. Others have reported the observations on their FP portal.A number of residents continued to experience cold radiators and fluctuating water temperatures from cold to lukewarm which was not adequate for a hot shower until the evening of 11 Jan 2026.Between 1pm to 2pm on the 11th, a few of us who had called the FP Emergency line the night before received a message from Akarsh of FP OOH informing us the problem had been fixed. One resident of 57 HDD who continued to experience the lack of heat and hot water until 12 Jan was told by the Emergency handler there had been no further reports on that day.We have checked with RTA members of Garrison Heights who share the same CHP, and understood that none of the residents in their block at 55 HDD experienced the lack of heat and hot water like we did over the weekend.Specific to the above incident, please let us know:1. if engineers had visited the CHP subsequent to our call on the 10th and 11th? If so, what did they find? Did they fix anything?2. Was there a call-out charge to us for the emergency ticket? We understand the new boilers are still within their warranty period. We do not expect to see call-out charges being applied to us.Meanwhile, the ongoing disputes about the adequacy of heat and hot water supply, plus the running and repair costs of the CHP allocated to 57 and 59HDD, remain unresolved and ignored by both the top management of TW and FP despite the involvement of Dan Tomlinsson's office under case reference DT15604.The fact that the loss of heat and hot water in the above period applied only to 57 and 59, but not 55 HDD provided further evidence to our long-standing observation of a capacity issue with the CHP since we moved in. Not only do we not have enough hot water for baths, we further note that the shortages, or outright outages of heat and hot water typically occur during very cold days and at weekends when heat and hot water are in high demand.FP and TW may choose to continue to ignore us, but rest assured we are not going to give up on our rights under our lease until our heat and water problems are resolved.RTA57&59HDD
Good afternoon and thank you for the below. Sorry for the delay. We will respond as soon as possible.
