Hello Beth,

Thank you for getting back to me. Could you help arrange a zoom meeting about this? I would like to get through the following items

1) Why is the account still in deficit after the adjustment payment in September last year?

2) What is the adjusted amount credited back to our accounts, regarding to the incorrect 50/50 split cost?

3) What is the major blocker from refunding us the credit right now, especially for the residents moving out?

I agree that a zoom call will be a better way to talk through this.

Please re-read the email dated 6 Jan 2026 where i have stated "here was an overall deficit in the accounts meaning there were no credits to issued". 
If you need this to be explained please contact the property manager who can meet and go through with you online or in person.

How can we be in deficit? We have had no works done. This has to be a joke. Our ‘property manager’ manages nothing!
