Still not been updated.

Considering how long the question of inefficient gardeners has been outstanding, and coupled with the fact I was asked by Vicky to meet one of the firms being considered to replace the existing ones (who's contract ran out months ago and we are still being charged for doing a less than acceptable job), I'd have thought we should by now be seeing some movement.

Grass at the back of our building is not there - it's all moss

Weeds not tended to

Bindweed still rampant

Piece of grass at the beginning of the car park in Arnham Place full of weeds with very little grass to be seen

Nomans land at the back still not attended to - we've asked on various occasions that FP needs to find out who it belongs to & permanently sort out it's clearance/maintenance.

It's unacceptable that this still drags on!

Despite loads of emails, meetings and duscussions we are still waiting for news on this issue.

There's been a deadly silence since I met with a potential new gardener around the end of November.

Logging additional requests for updates on the My Home website appears to make no difference whatsoever.  My last one was 16 January!

How are FP going to move forward on this?

Sorry, but I don't understand why I need to go through quotes for gardening.  This is surely up to FirstPort not to me to decide who should  be chosen &, in any case,  you should be comparing all with the current gardening providers.

We are, by the way, still waiting, rather impatiently now, for any sort of response and timeframe regarding S22 invoices, preferably containing the additional,information we've been asking for for some months.

Have we agreed on the ‘no mans’ land we discussed? 
Did you speak to the one I recommended? They are already in MBP and we can see their work, which is excellent. 

There are several other emails you need to respond to as directed by Beth some months ago now. 

We need actions and full response by 31 January to ALL emails.
If we are slapped with fees for late payments that are not even due the least you could do is respond to our queries as our PM and as you promised when you were transferred to HDD.

I was under the impression that the YE 31 Mar 2025 invoices have already been provided. Correct me if I am wrong, of course, and I’ll look into this straight away. Sec22 won’t apply to the current year, obviously, as the YE is 31 Mar 2026.

Hi Beth 

Yes, Section 22 invoices have been provided and, since that time I have requested on numerous occasions to Vicky, you & FirstPort case numbers that more detail is needed, with specific reference to those under the Plany & Machinery heading.

The main bulk of the invoices provide insufficient detail on breakdown causes.  They merely indicate they related to the breakdown of heating/hot water.  They do not say if they were caused by the faulty fire alarm system triggering the boiler shutdown or other factors.

I have also asked for more information re the boiler replacement invoice.  All we get in response to questions is that the repayment by TW for boiler/temporary boiler has been done by way of "offset accounting".  Where we have asked for this to be explained in more detail we have been given the same response - "offset accounting".  We have asked for details as to where this credit is, to us, secretly hidden within the accounts.  We are, apparently, expected to take FPs word and not query this.  Why?  It's a straightforward question to which we request a more detailed explanation.

These questions/requests seem difficult to respond to by FP.  I certainly can't understand why & would appreciate a full explanation.
