Good afternoon

 

Apologies for the lack of response, I have been out on sites over the last few days.

 

MBS will stop service on 31^st March and Green Life Landscapes will take over going forward so you will see an improvement in the gardening.

 

Regarding the bin store door, I believe further works are required but just awaiting for the contractor to let me know, I will update on when I hear back from them.

Strange it's taking this long to sort the bin room door - are there no workmen working at the moment?  Should not take this long to sort a straightforward solution to something that's been outstanding for a few weeks now & is a security issue.

You've not responded to all my queries - what about the more detailed S22 invoices request?  This has now been outstanding for months & we've had nothing from the help team (apart from referring it to you) & nothing whatsoever from you at all since we originally made the request!!

What's happening on this?

Off the top of my head also no responses to-

*actual cleaning frequency vs what we have been invoiced for

*light on in basement and visible through lift gap. Why?
