Hi Robin/David-

Could you please send me statements going back to May.  I got hacked in May affecting my bank account plus my retirement funds at Ameriprise.  It has taken me MONTHS to get things settled.  I have been paying by check since May.  I used to pay electronically (would like to go back to doing that with your help).  I'm not aware of missing a payment but my current statement is showing that I owe 836.24 including two finance charges of $20 each.  I have ALWAYS paid on time and feel these finance charges are just plain rude for someone who has been current with all her payments before May and the hacking.  I would like to see those charges removed but need to see the statements going back to May.  Presently, I only see the statements dated 12/10/25 and 1/10/26 on my computer.

Your help with this would be greatly appreciated!

The board has agreed to waive any late fees, so you don't need to pay those, just pay whatever monthly dues are owed.
