Was checking in to see when we want to start meeting to review next year's budget.  Also, do we need to have the two open board positions filled first, or can that wait until the annual meeting?

Also, do you have any updates on the loan for the roof and additional projects?

I’ll start working on budget.

The bank has just requested some more paperwork, including 2024 Tax Return. I’ll have you sign shortly.

You can wait for the election to fill open positions. I don’t know when the vacant terms expired.
