Should we also address personal items plugged into the garage electrical outlets which are using common electrical costs, these items should be removed or the units owners will be subject to a electrical fee on their monthly bills.

Board, please weigh in on any other thoughts or changes.

Once finalized, we should email to everyone in addition to posting.

I wanted the letter to also address the use of the electrical outlets in the common areas as well, per Joe's subsequent email.

 

Do we have a new draft that includes that, and do we have dates for the dumpster yet?

OK, let's get the flyers out asap, and then plan on the dumpster one week later so people have had ample notification.  

That should give us the two weeks prior to the June 10th deadline in the flyer.
